By accessing or using Rezfactor (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Rezfactor.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Rezfactor helps you tailor resumes, generate cover letters, track applications, and prepare for interviews. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The Service is provided to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it, and for the accuracy of information in your applications.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit (“Your Content”).

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, accessing it through automated means without permission, or using it to violate the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Fees may change, and we will give notice of changes before they take effect.

Rezfactor is a tool to help you present your experience effectively. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome from using the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezfactor and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
