Content you provide: resumes, job descriptions, application details, and any other content you upload or generate while using Rezfactor.

Usage data: information about how you interact with the app, such as pages visited and features used, collected through analytics.

To provide and operate the service — tailoring resumes, generating cover letters, tracking applications, and other features you use.

To improve and maintain Rezfactor, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.

To communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and send important service updates.

To tailor resumes and generate content, we send the resume and job description text you provide to third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf. We do not sell this content, and we do not use it to train our own models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate Rezfactor — such as our hosting, database, authentication, payment, and AI processing partners — and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Rezfactor and its users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your content or request account deletion at any time, after which we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
